Chef's Homemade Carrot, Coconut & Coriander Soup

with homemade lemon sorbet & sushi ginger syrup

Smoked Haddock, Cheddar & Tomato Tart
served warm with salad garnish

Duck Liver Parfait
with brandy, thyme & orange; warm toast

Main Courses

Roast Local Turkey with chestnut stuffing
chipolata sausage, crispy bacon, roast gravy and homemade cranberry & orange compôte

Tranche of  Fresh Salmon
herb & pine kernel topping,  with a dill & lemon crème fraiche sauce     

Confit of Duck Leg
presented on a tomato & thyme scented cassoulet

Moroccan Spiced Chickpeas, Provencal vegetables,
Haloumi cheese and dried apricots, wrapped in feuille de brick pastry; red pepper & harissa sauce

 
All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes
