Fan of Fresh Melon
with homemade lemon sorbet and sushi ginger syrup
Breadcrumbed Goats Cheese
on a spicy beetroot & orange compôte, topped with mixed leaves

Oak Smoked Salmon
on an apple & celeriac puree, topped with a poached egg

Terrine of Pheasant, Pigeon, Rabbit & Venison
wrapped in smoked bacon, Cumberland sauce

Main Courses

Supreme of Corn-fed Chicken
stuffed with an orange & cranberry compôte, carved onto an orange & Cointreau sauce

Slow baked Lambshank
with red wine, garlic and rosemary,
 on a bed of  savoy cabbage & bacon

Fillet of Fresh Sea Bass
on a bed of coriander & lime risotto, ginger butter sauce

Half a Crispy Roast Gressingham Duck
mulled wine and cherry sauce

Chargrilled 10oz Yorkshire Dales Sirloin Steak
horseradish mash & red wine jus
