Starters

Chef’s Homemade Soup
Soup of the Day

Fresh Melon
Fan of melon with a brunoise of exotic fruits and a fresh mint syrup

Smoked Haddock, Tomato and Cheddar Tart
Served warm with a panache of mixed leaves

Warm Salad
A warm salad of black pudding, smoked bacon, sauté potato and mushrooms, on a bed of leaves, topped with a poached egg

 

Main Courses

Fillet of Fresh Cod
Topped with a basil crumb, served with a roast garlic butter sauce

English Calves Liver
Served with crispy bacon and a pork sausage, on a bed of buttery mash, with a grain mustard sauce

Casserole of Wild Rabbit
Flavoured with cider, onions, garlic and thyme

8oz Yorkshire Dales Rump Steak
Chargrilled and served with a pink peppercorn cream sauce

 

Desserts

Sticky Toffee Pudding
Served warm with a toffee sauce and sticky toffee ice cream

Almond Tuile Basket
Filled with vanilla ice cream and fresh fruit, with a raspberry coulis

Bread and Butter Pudding
Made with French brioche and Baileys liquour, served with a Baileys crème anglais

Cheese and Biscuits
A selection of English and Continental cheeses, with celery, grapes and cheese biscuits
