STARTERS

Chef's homemade soup of the day

Spicy chickpea falafel, with tomato salsa and yoghurt and mint dressing.

Chicken and chorizo terrine, creamy potato salad and mixed leaves.

French onion tart, served warm with a small salad.

Fan of fresh melon, with ginger sorbet and fresh lemon syrup.

MAIN COURSES

Confit of duck leg, on a bed of tomato and thyme scented cassoulet.

Moroccan pork casserole, lightly spiced, with coriander and apricots.

Chargrilled yorkshire dales 8oz rump steak, pink peppercorn sauce.
(£2 supplement)

Tranche of fresh salmon, topped with a herb crumb, lemon butter sauce.

Gateau of provencal vegetables, bound in a tomato and basil ragout, topped with parmesan crumb, roast garlic butter sauce

DESSERTS

Eton mess, whipped cream, meringue pieces, fresh berries and raspberry coulis.

Sticky toffee pudding, served warm with toffee sauce and sticky toffee ice cream

Almond tuile basket, filled with blackcurrant ice cream, fresh berries and a berry coulis.

Brioche bread and butter pudding, using french brioche, flavoured with baileys  and baileys creme anglaise.

Brie, wensleydale and yorkshire blue cheeses, cheese biscuits, celery and grape chutney.
